Don't worry, I've had worse when my family was poor, I was underweight at age of 8 and I barely even had any clothes
But there was one solution to my problems, I had no time to be depressed and started doing, I started by leaving my abusive parents, have been stolen by some street gang and they accepted me afterward for bieng in such bad shape, they've trained me and after couple years I became a street gang member too, until I got jailed
After 2 years in prison, I started a new life, found a job in a diner and got enough money to buy food, I was living in a diner tho.... Long story short, I was a very successful man afterwards and that street gang training gave me the power to defend myself, cause I had alot of mugging attempts and all of them failed
But anyways, no time to be depressed, you need to start doing and prove that you're a man

It's alright man, don't worry. The way you feel right now, you've probably felt before. And you probably look back on the past and think "This is worse than that, I never had problems this bad before" or something similar, and 10 years from now, you're going to do the same. It's not that things go any worse, it's just a matter of perspective. When there is nothing bad going on, it's a lot less noticeable because you're feelings are neutral, rather than negative. These feelings will pass in time, and you'll look back on this time in your life as something you got through. It happens to everyone, most people are just very good at hiding it. I know it's not the best method for optimistic thinking, but try to think of all the things that are GOOD about your life, or that could be a lot worse, and you'll realize that sometimes our day-to-day problems aren't that serious in the grand scheme of things. In fact, the way I look at it, we're on a giant rock floating through the infinite expanse of space, and by some miracle you get to experience life, and from that perspective, problems that wont be a problem in a week, or a month, or even a year, seem so minuscule. Keep your head up, and keep moving forward. If anything, do it to spite fate for messing with you.
