SO. . . AD REVENUE ON MUSIC? I DONT KNOW. . .

Posted by demon1000 - November 6th, 2017

A few days ago, I decided to sign up for the Ad Revenue Program to see if i earn a little for the PC im saving up for... I am kinda new to this and I dunno if im actually doing or whether if going to get anything at all from this due to the fact i am focusing more on the Audio Portal. . . So uhh... If i can get some advice on how this works, That would be really helpful...

Thanks for taking the time for reading...

If you're saving up for the short term and don't see yourself doing big projects (e.g. scoring games, animation), then no, it isn't worth it. At most you'll get a couple pennies off each track unless it's received plenty of hits in a certain period (or even cumulative amount of years).

However, if anything of yours is very well received, you could be getting a minimum of a few bucks from it, and it'll all add up over the months / years.

So if you want to profit from the ad revenue share programme, your best course of action is to put yourself out there as ready to score games and animation. Do so on the collab forum, do so in your newsposts and the Collabinator. Put as many feelers out, and there's bound to be something.

Thank you troisnyx. This Helps A lot! This is The explanation i Needed.
